Dr. Chandrasekaran Sivakumar

Trained and taught in India and the UK in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. After obtaining the MRCP(UK) did a further 5 year specialist training leading to CCST (Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training) in the above specialities. He came to University of Calgary for a Stroke Fellowship and has since continued to work in the Divisions of Internal Medicine and Geriatrics at the Foothills Hospital.

As Clinical Assistant Professor with the University of Calgary he has been enthusiastic in Medical Education, Curriculum development, Research activities and Residency program. He is also keenly involved with Faculty development, AIMG program and Master Teacher program. Nominated for John Dawson Award for Clinical Excellence at FMC.
