STAR is a faculty information system that assists members to document their academic and clinical activities. Documentation of activities required for members of the Academic Alternate Relationship Plan.

STAR generates reports including:
- Biographical Sketches
- ARP Aggregate Services Reports (Divisional)
- ARP Individual Services Reports
- Curriculum Vitae (UofC format)
- Educational Activities Reports (UofC format)

Administrative Support
Donna Bohn is our STAR Administrator and data quality assurance contact. She will assist in specific date entry issues that you may have and will clarify data quality requirements/questions. You can contact Donna in the STAR program by clicking on the "Which fields to use?" link or by email:
