Jamil was born and raised in British Columbia, where he completed medical school at UBC prior to moving to Calgary for internal medicine residency. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with friends and family, pretending to play basketball, and trying new food.

I am originally from a rural community in northern British Columbia, and my goal is to return to a community setting to practice Respirology once I am finished fellowship training. I completed a degree in biology at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, followed by a medical degree and internal medicine residency through the University of British Columbia. Outside of medicine, I enjoy getting outdoors to explore the beautiful country around Calgary.

Melissa is a born and raised Calgarian, having completed medical school and Internal Medicine Residency Training at the University of Calgary. Outside of work, you can find her summiting mountains, cross-country skiing, and mountain biking with family and friends.

Dana grew up in Nova Scotia, where she completed her undergraduate degree at Dalhousie University and later a master’s degree at the University of Toronto. She later moved to Calgary where she completed her MD degree and residency in Internal Medicine. Outside of work, she looks forward to travelling and enjoying the amazing hiking trails in the Canadian Rockies.

Allison was born in the Maritimes and completed a PhD in British Columbia before moving to Calgary to pursue medical school and internal medicine training. In her spare time you can find her exploring Calgary and the mountains with her kids, road cycling, or running.
